Due to my desire to become a federal agent with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), I decided to enroll in some sort of training while finishing my degree. With no former martial arts training, I was unaware of the rewards that would follow and the extreme luck of finding Chris as an instructor. Chris' apparent passion for and knowledge of the art, coupled with his calm and friendly character, comforted and encouraged me as I embarked on this new endeavor. His patience and ability to teach (even the greenest of students) by dissecting each movement and/or for into actions that are comprehendible and attainable is extraordinary. Chris conducts classes in a fashion that not only motivates students to excel, but results in them looking forward to attending the next class. My career goals have changed since starting at No Rules. However, the training I have received is not futile. I am a more confident and well-rounded individual than the day I enrolled. I am more aware of surroundings and potential situations, and most importantly, I am more comfortable with my abilities to address issues that may arise. Being a single female, the preceeding statements are not offered frivolously.

July 29, 2000 was a day that created a path to many things for me as an individual. Growth, friends, and becoming a part of a family make up a few I cherish the most. I accredit these to Chris - without him, I would not have had such an incredible experience. He will be sorely missed here in Nevada.
