TESTIMONIALS

To Whom It May Concern:

I trained under Master McCune during the years of 1997 through 2000 while I was based in the Las Vegas, NV area. I stopped training with the Master because I retired from the Air Force and moved to South Dakota. At the time I was a Combat Search and Rescue Helicopter Pilot for the Air Force.

I have solid background in wrestling and always felt I could hold my own if confronted around town or on the battle field. However, after my son, (a Tae Kwon Doe Black Belt) started training with Master McCune and I observed a couple of classes. I realized how whole fully unprepared I was in meeting the potential challenges I might face. I was impressed by his no-nonsense approach to self-defense that focused on techniques that worked. The techniques were not showy and were repeatable after you acquired the requisite basic skills.

The key to Master McCune's "No Rules" martial arts training is the solid foundation in effective "standup" and "ground fighting" techniques. The classes I attended in Las Vegas had a diverse group of students. They ranged from 5-year-olds to 60-year-olds in either the children or adult classes. Many of the students had multiple years of experience in different martial art forms and they were all mesmerized by the Master's blend of the arts that focused on effective techniques.

The training I received continues to affect my day-to-day activities. My increased self-confidence provides a unique perspective to help meet realistic challenges. You see, the training is as much mental as it is physical. When you understand the mental side, your approach to profession tasks and how you carry yourself in a professional environment changes dramatically.
